Leagues

Our 12U Girls Basketball program is for players ages 11–12 who are ready to compete at a higher level while continuing to grow their skills and love for the game. At this stage, participants refine their fundamentals in dribbling, passing, shooting, and defense while being introduced to more advanced offensive and defensive strategies, conditioning, and court awareness.

Games are played on regulation-size courts with age-appropriate rules that promote fairness, safety, and competitive play. Coaches emphasize teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship while helping players develop confidence, leadership, and a deeper understanding of basketball.

The season includes regular practices and games against other local teams, giving players the chance to improve their skills, build friendships, and enjoy the challenge of basketball.
