Leagues

Our 10U Girls Basketball program is for players ages 9–10 who are ready to advance their skills and experience more competitive play. At this level, participants build on the fundamentals of dribbling, passing, shooting, and defense while learning offensive and defensive team strategies, spacing, and overall game awareness.

Games are played on age-appropriate courts with rules designed to promote fairness, safety, and player development. Coaches emphasize discipline, effort, sportsmanship, and teamwork, ensuring every player has the opportunity to grow and contribute.

The season includes practices and games against other local teams, giving players the chance to sharpen their skills, gain confidence, and enjoy the excitement of basketball.
