Leagues

Our 8U Girls Basketball program is for players ages 7–8 who are ready to build on the basics and grow their skills in a fun, encouraging setting. At this level, participants continue learning the fundamentals of dribbling, passing, shooting, and defense while being introduced to more structured gameplay and team concepts.

Games are played on age-appropriate courts with modified rules to ensure fairness, safety, and maximum participation. Coaches emphasize effort, sportsmanship, and teamwork—helping players build confidence and develop a deeper understanding of the game.

The season includes practices and games against other local teams, giving players the chance to compete, improve their skills, and enjoy being part of a team.
