Our 5th–8th Grade Girls Volleyball program is designed to help players continue developing their skills while enjoying friendly competition. At this level, participants build on the fundamentals of serving, passing, setting, and hitting, while learning more about game flow, rotations, and teamwork.

Matches are played on appropriately sized courts with rules designed for this age group, ensuring safety and fair play. Coaches focus on building confidence, effort, and sportsmanship, while encouraging players to challenge themselves and support their teammates.

The season includes regular practices and games against other local teams, giving players the chance to improve their skills, make friends, and grow their love for the sport.
